Registration Information

Registration is now open

• To sign up by mail, click here and download the registration form and send it in with your check or money order. You will need Adobe Reader to open the file.
  
  
• You can sign up online until Monday, August 11 at 9:00AM (CST). We'll post a notice on the home page of this site if the registration limit has been reached.
  
  
• Online payments are handled through Active.com. Click the link below to start. There is an optional member account sign in at the bottom of the page in case you are a member. If you are not, just leave it blank and you can sign up for the ride without being a member. This is just an option that they include on the site.

Ride Fees

Complete Ride - $600.00

Registration Fees include:

• Breakfast and dinner each day
• Evening receptions and entertainment
• Camping Fees

Cancellation Policy

Active.com has no refund policy. Refunds will be processed by our office. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

• Before July 7 - Full refund minus a $50 administration fee
• July 7 - August 11 - 50% refund minus a $50 administration fee
• After August 11 - No refund
