Hotel Information

Below you will find the list of hotels that have special rates for our participants. You are responsible for paying for your hotel room. Rates do not include tax.

We will provide shuttles to only the hotels listed on this page. If you choose a hotel that is not listed here, you will be responsible for getting to and from the hotel. We will have a set schedule each day that the shuttles will run. If you miss a shuttle, you will need to wait for the next shuttle time.

Hotels that have web sites are linked so you can view the property. Please call the hotel directly to make your reservation. You must state that you are with the Illinois Great Rivers Ride to receive the special rate.

Please note that due to the area we will be traveling in, there are a limited number of hotel rooms available on Monday and Tuesday nights (September 8 & 9). The hotels are not within a decent driving distance so we are only able to offer a few hotel roms on these nights. Padre's Cycle Inn is offering a special rate for his tents those nights for those riders that are staying in hotels the rest of the week. His rates include the tent and an air mattress. You will not have access to his hospitality tent or any of his other services unless you pay for them separately. Your luggage will still be handled by our staff.
